Pros its certainly light, has good ergonomics, loved the large screen and would imagine you can see it in most light conditions, user friendly and very easy to set up, loved the multiple holes to adjust the armrest and able to mold it to your arm was a plus. Took it out to my test garden and found ground balancing a piece of cake, hit an 8 inch silver dime and small 5 inch gold ring with good ID with no problem and was able to swing quite fast and still pick them up, pinpointing also seemed to be no problem.
Cons...felt the handgrip was too thin and I don't have large hands, batteries seemed to fit quite loosly , but shook it with no problems, I don't hunt after dark but a backlight would be nice for the end of long days when the light dims. One wonders if the off-on switch might be better on the right side lest you bump it when swinging as most are right handers.Didn't like the wire running thru the rod when putting on the armrest and wonder if it could be held down or perhaps protected a bit better with a cover or more insulation.
Just a general obervation and of course and test gardens are not in the field where it counts. Might be a little picky with the cons, but time will tell..and of course when one starts swinging observtions may change.
All in all a nice light cosmetic package and once I hit the field in several different locations will let you know how I feel..
