Found this on my last hunt of Jan. before the cold and rainy weather moved in.
I figured it was silver when I dug it, but it had a run in with a lawnmower and did not fare well so it was all crunched up.
Today I remembered I had this thing so I straightened it out and cleaned it up.
Yeppers...on the back is a very small 925 mark.
This is good luck in Chinese and I certainly had that in spades so far for 2015.
3 gold rings, a silver ring and this thing, and even a 1964 rosie from a thoroughly pounded out park.
All within only a fortunate and freakish 2 week window of good weather.
Best January I ever had, and I used to live and hunt in Alabama where January weather was never a problem.
Wonder if I can get out in February and if I can what the heck will I find.
