I apologize for that. Just trying to get friendly with the new format and learn my way around here which is a good thing to do, Kelley, turn your speakers on :thumbup

Many many years ago, change was in the air, change that would change the world and still lives this day.

Brave men got together in a young country and decided that they wanted to be free from Oppression.
In every stage of these Oppressions these brave men have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms.Their repeated Petitions were answered only by repeated injury.

A Prince whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people and these people wanted their freedom so they took up arms to fight for that freedom or die trying.

Through this fight for freedom a great leader was born, he never gave up and became the father of our young nation.

We, therefore, the Representatives of the united States of America, in General Congress, Assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good People of these Colonies, solemnly publish and declare, That these United Colonies are, and of Right ought to be Free and Independent States; that they are Absolved from all Allegiance to the British Crown, and that all political connection between them and the State of Great Britain, is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that as Free and Independent States, they have full Power to levy War, conclude Peace, contract Alliances, establish Commerce, and to do all other Acts and Things which Independent States may of right do. And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.

And that honor and freedom that was fought for back on July 4, 1776 still lives this day in the hearts and faces of our brave young Americans.
