Just out of Curiosity, has anyone used a NEL Snake Coil

Was just curious if anyone has had the chance to use this coil on a Racer machine. If anything, it a neat look'n little coil :) If so whats your thoughts on it.

used one on a F19 great shallow coin hunter in the junk, not real deep on a F19 might be deeper on a R2 nice coil for shallow stuff.

I used the NEL small coil, and 9.5x 5.5 sharpshooter on my gb pro before. I tested them extensively and found all Nel coils to be little deeper and hit harder on gold then stock coils. I believe
They get more depth as they brighten up the response of fringe targets. They also run very well in tough mineralization.
the small coil is an excellent choice for gold in bedrock cracks.
Good luck.

I have thought about getting one for the R2. Gold Diggers is expecting the first shipment of Nel coils for the Racer around the end of the month.

Edit:
The Mars Tiger coil i ordered from Russia came today. Of course I was miles away hunting an old lumber camp and won't get a chance to use it for a while now.

I think I'll get one and give it a try. If it doesn't work out, there's always ebay.

yeah why not have a go at a snake , all I know is and I thought I was upset about it at 1st with the ctx big 11" coil or small 6" coil selection but a blessing really with all other brands there are so many after market coils seriously I don't even know what's at the bottom of that box :poke:

sure I thought it was a good idea when I bought them :lmfao:
