Just ordered GTI 2500

Well I just ordered my GTI 2500. I have detected for about 25 years, And used to own a Garrett Grand Master hunter. I was wondering if you had any tips for this new detector, that might speed up the learning curve.
 
Congrats on the new detector :clapping: Never used a 2500, but I bet someone has some good information to pass on to you about it. Until then read the heck out of the manual and just take the time to learn and feel the 2500 out, nothing beets practice :thumbup:

Hello everyone. I have the GTI 2500 too. I buy one month ago. I think the machine is the best but i have not explored them very good. You could get the basics in this video (i think this is the garret video for GTI 2500 but I'm not sure). I think we can learn better from the video.
I have lot of wuestions about gti2500 but the most i need is the wet sand. The gti 2500 have Salt elimination and i use discrimination for the itens that go to 0 to 4. When i use my machine in this conditions i have to decrease sensibility to 5 or 5,5 because the machines give me wrong signals. But when i use this (i tried for 2 hours i didn
