I just received my brand new White's MXT from Kellyco last Thursday. I was still in the learning phase after about 2 hours of use when all of the sudden I got an "overload" signal and readout that wouldn't go away no matter what I did. I called Kellyco and the sales lady listened over the phone when I turned it on. She immediately told me to ship it back and they would send a new one back to me. The thing was, she didn't sound surprised, even though she said she's never heard of any problems like that.

Has any of you had or heard of a problem like this? Hopefully this is a rarity and not any type of "normal" problem......

Never have experienced any problem with that happening... Did you try pulling the battery out with the machine on and reinstalling in a minute or so.... Hope all goes well and you get the new machine soon..... Richardntn

Thanks for replying!! Yes, I tried that. I'm guessing that since yours was the only reply that it is a rare problem. My replacement is on the way however!!
