Hi Maureen

Nice photos, were are you picking these great finds up?

Hi DBF, i have found them all but a couple at the edge of the Indian Ocean about 450 m.m. deep. The Golden looking one with hardly any detail i found in dry sand in Busselton south of Perth. The small silver coin i found at the waters edge here near home in Perth but when i was cleaning it i wrecked it somewhat and that particular coin is on the net for $650 that is if it's in perfect condition.

None of the coins looked like they do now when i got them i had to clean them all they were all very very green. Thanks guys for the comments about my photos if anybody wants the know how i can help you.

If you have any more questions about the coins it's not a problem. What did you think of the coin that has the head on it and you can just make out on the back some ladies legs that is on the net under Goba something apparently Roman but mine is too far gone it has been in the water too long.

Cheers Maureen..

Yes Jim i share your opinion,i prefer to find old coins any day to modern it makes it more interesting. Different people have been coming to our shores for decades. I found Indian and Singaporean coins too.I even found another one like that Gaba coin last week but it is smaller and i have to clean it yet it's sitting in tomato sauce right now.

I hope to go again tomorrow must sweet talk hubby though.

Cheers H.H. Maureen..
