It doesn't rain here all the time Uncle...ya gotta admit that the third week of August is pretty much always dry and clear.

Besides, we don't have fires to worry about every summer, we don't have to shovel much white-stuff during the winter. Heck, even our trailer parks are safe most of the time from twisters.

Hey two years ago during the month of February it was sunny and 80 degrees every day. That will go down in history. HAA. But then they always say here, " If you don't like the weather here wait five minutes and it will change." HAA.
