178 right out of the shower, fully dressed with shoes 179 - 180, but that won't last for long today because Bubba is coming over along with Cory and Paul to watch the Super Bowl.

I'm in charge of the food and I was gonna have fresh green salad along with some streamed veggies then top it off with a real nice fruit salad but Bubba said if I didn't have Jumbo Baby Back Ribs, Jumbo baked potato stuffed with cheese, bacon, butter, sour cream, chives and your choice of slow, hickory smoked chopped Pork, Chicken or Beef top off with sauce and a side of baked beans to go along with his beer that I need not show up for work tomorrow , looks like I'll have to take one for the company

Anyway, 178 from 228 is a pretty good drop, 50 pounds, for the last few days I have been bouncing around between 177 and 181 but still that's another 10 pounds lost over the last two months, as i keep slowly losing I can feel the affects, I get weaker faster because my fat reserves that my body use to draw energy from is dropping also, it's a fine line losing weight and being diabetic.

According to the chart below my target weight for my height should be 148, I don't think that's gonna happen :look: but if I can get into those mid 160's who knows

It's awful easy to fall off the wagon, I had 90 pounds off and let up for a couple of months or so and boom, 40 crept back up on me in no time ( It was easy with the holidays and all the delious food everywhere, and I did enjoy every bite). I've got 10 of em back off now but it can happen easy. You've done well my friend, keep it up. Flipper out
