Just got back from picking up my new MXT Pro. Been trying to decide between the MXT Pro and Safari for a month now and after reading everything I could and watching vids, went with the White's. With the balance of the detector and going with the 950 coil, don't even mind the weight.

Just got my new MXT Pro

Ok, was on 2 short hunts yesterday with the MXT Pro at a local small park for 2 hours and then a neighbors yard for another hour. Both were hunted previously with my Xterra 705. The balance of it is fantastic as it didn't bother me either time and I have physical problems. It picked out nickels that I missed and 2 small costume jewelry pieces. My only complaint is the foam arm cuff pads already tore and rubbed off and I only got the machine Wednesday night. I ordered the cuffer so when it gets here that will take care of the cheap foam pads White's uses. I think it will be an excellent machine. I was able to run my gain up past the presets and even my propointer didn't make it chatter too much.
