Just got an explorer any tips?

I bought a Used explorer. Just wondering if swing speed should be real slow for recovery? Had a prizm so didnt really have to worry too much about that. Now with this nice machine I need all the tips I can get.:pulltab:

On your Engine search type in , Minelab Explorer guide online, and youl get how to adjust the Sinsitivity the right way, Mickfin

As far as the sweep speed the slower the Better , My Fastest is a 2 Second sweep speed , I just sent a Whites V3 down the road for a Explorer II
ill miss it was a good looking unit But I need DEEP stuff, I think we made the right choice??? Mickfin

Ive not heard too many people complain about the depth of the Explorer.... even those who didnt take the time to learn it. Unlike most machines you can really craw with these machines others require a faster swing for the filters to work properly. The faster you swing tho the more targets you will pass over. They say the explorers processor is slow.... but if you turn on AM, just listen to all those targets. I doubt you are missing very many.
