In my books, they are number 1. I recently made a special request to the White's company and they went above and beyond for me at their own expense. Thanx Todd. Anyone looking for a machine that will be backed up by awesome customer service, look no further than White's. You wont be disappointed!
Todd has done a bunch of outstanding work for me on various detectors... and just recently, Roger showed his mettle and did a complete rebuild on my 6t because he couldn't duplicate a problem I was experiencing... he didn't want to take any chances, and gave me back a just about new detector.
I just recently sent in my XL Pro for repair after dropping it from the top of my RV. Lucky that my wife was trying to catch the bag it was in and softened the Blow it got when it struck the ground I took it out of the bag and the needle was bent and the meter rattled. I figured that it was just good for parts. Sent in into White's to see if they could work a miracle. Waited two weeks, figured I was going to get a call saying sorry, your XL Pro is D.O.A., but instead I got one saying the repairs are done. I did pay a repair fee of $71.00, but I am getting my detector back today or tomorrow
Just dealt with Jay today with a problem with my new V3i battery and he went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. A+++ to Whites customer service! My next machine will be a Whites!
I'm ALMOST looking forward to having a reason to deal with Whites service after all of your testimonials ( Sorry about your coil Davy ) but after seeing the quality and performance of their machines first-hand, I may be waiting awhile. Good products and good people...isn't that how it's always supposed to be ?
