Just bought an Explorer XS

Mint condition, with stock coil, 11 inch pro, 12 inch tornado, 8 inch Mine lab coil. 2 rechargeable battery packs, and 2 lower rods. All for $350. COME ON SPRING!!!!!!!!
 
Indeed used several models after that and feel the XS once they got the bugs out of the first run was as good as any of them....Unfortunately Minelab no longer works on them but like the infamous take a lickin and keeps on tickin go and go so good luck.....
 
I think you got a great deal Dave take care of it and it will produce some nice finds :thumbup: also get a all weather cover for the display the glue does fail under stuck on face plate push pad area do to age and water will get in and cause all kinds of issue's but i have had mine for a while now and it works just find "like new" so enjoy.

I Strongly you purchase a copy of Andy Sabish's book " Mastering the Minelab Explorer XS & S " and read it Several Tim:clapping:es and you will be on the Fast Track to Mastering this machine.
