of the variety of aircraft we get the opportunity to shoot here. 2 VERY RARE (approx only 15 that are airworthy) F-86 Sabres stopped by unannounced for fuel yesterday. Unfortunately I missed them due to other obligations, but a friend of mine shot them and rubbed it in a bit that he got them and I didn't. Did I say friend? hmmmm (THIS NOT MY PHOTO)

That's got to be an amazing sight to see.

Great shot, cool plane! Here's one I took years ago of a c5 I believe coming over my mom's house and landing at Westover AFB Chicopee Ma.

The C-5's are the giants of the sky!!! At one time they were considered the largest jet in the FREE world. Second only to the big Russian plane. they are so beautiful when they fly over...almost looks like they're going to fall from the sky when they slow down on approach over your head. I got to fly overseas in one when I worked in the news business in the early 90's. There was a base close by, it was Altus AFB,Oklahoma where they were stationed. Flying in one was like flying in a cadillac...(when you got to fly up in the crew quarters) Here are a couple of shots I took back in '02 hence the poor quality low resolution.....
