Got off early from work, since the "24-7 Hammer" will soon fall and they are trying to give all the breaks they can beforehand.
This gave a few hours to detect today and I headed to the park for what I like to call a little "Junk-et."
Got all the usual suspects. I mostly hopped from place to place, testing for a "hot spot." Didn't find one, as you can see:
I eschewed the hard-core ring hunters methods during this prospect, and accepted the range above screw caps. This netted the silver clasp - it hit and tight as zinc cent. This setup also allowed the heart pendant with faux diamond to come through like a klaxon. It hit as dime and is marked "Gunit," which I believe stands for "G-unit"... some sort of New Age clothing line, I expect.
Beats sittin' at home.
