JOINED THE 1700'S COIN CLUB

Did a permission on an old property in Connecticut. I figured it was a KG II Halfpenny or a Connecticut Copper. Although I couldn't make out the date because its badly worn the tell tale sign it was a KGII that dates from 1729-1739 was the fact that it faces left, clearly has Georgius II Rex and the reverse displays Britania's head as the type that dates from those years instead of 1740-1754. I certainly was thrilled to dig this AWESOME British Copper.

Last picture is a nice example of what coin could have looked like way back in the 1700'S
