Where do you find a large cent normally will plot??Is it in the quarter(silver) slot or lower? Tell me it aint right closer to memorials and screw caps..Guy found one today on a foot ball field here that I fool around at..Thats 2,,,,help me break the 1900 barrier.Did find a buff (no date this am with wiffees cz ,unfortunately no date,site was an old shoe shop,,,thanks ahead cs <IMG SRC="/forums/images/csflag.gif" BORDER=0 ALT="::"> It was an 1850eeeeech
 
yup a large cent will read high right, maybe a hair higher than quarter with the crosshairs touching the right side.. only way it would read where penny is if there were some trash on top of it.. you get over one you will dig it dont worry.. its a pretty sweet signal... I only got one this year so far.. now those colonial coppers read just like a wheat penny on the smart meter though, but a much sweeter tone <IMG SRC="/forums/images/smile.gif" BORDER=0 ALT=":)">
