Jetty park Cape Canaveral

Does anyone know if it is legal to metal detect over at jetty park in Cape Canaveral? Or also down towards Playalinda beach new NSB? I live in kissimmee and am not sure of the areas over towards the east coast. I want to go but would like someone to advise me on beach metal detecting over that way....any suggestions...I dont want your hotspots..I just want some decent feed back...Thank you all so much...
ps..been detecting for about 6 months and I am having a blast!! Found all kinds of good stuff and bad...nicest thing was a mens ring. The hunt continues...happy hunting.
