Jason's all metal program was a winner for me today

Thanks Jason for the program. I was detecting one of my old spots that is fairly clear of modern trash and the stuff is deep. I got bullets from 10- 14" measured and my deepest target was what looks like a small pc. of shell fragment 1" x 1 1/2" and it was down 16" which I measured with my landscaping shovel since that is how long the blade is.

I got 11 bullets in two hours in a hard hunted site, will try and post pictures of them tomorrow

The program ran very smooth, the ground here is really sandy and light to no minerals. I was able to run boost on and think I backed my gain down to 12 but will have to look at it tomorrow to be sure.

I forgot, I did not run boost when in the single 22kHz mode but switched to 3 frequency mode and was able to run boost. In good ground I like all the transmit power I can get since stuff here in VA has been hunted very hard.

I was also using the 950 loop which worked really well. My DD may be bad since where I used it a few days before in high pro mode it was really erratic.

I think I am going to sell most of my other detectors and force myself to use just this one so I can master it.

So far I am getting targets as deep as any machine I have ever owned and with the 950 loop.

I want to try the 12" next time in this same place for the first time.

Happy hunting and thanks again Jason.

Tried search to find referanced "all metal program" couldn't find, can someone help locate?
Thanks!

Jason and I are sharing information on how different programs are working, coils, different locations like beach, etc. He made this all metal program out of the relic program I believe but I am not savvy enough to tell anyone how to do it or I would. Maybe I can get him to share it with the forum?

Jerry glad it worked for you will try to get it put together and post it up for every one to see soon it is a work in progress and is not a good ID type program for coin hunters.
It is a great relic hunting program to tell deep non iron targets. If you do not mind digging every thing that is not iron it is a winner me you and one other buddy have been testing
it out an have found civil war relics in hard hunted sights using it. Just need to get some time to get it on the computer. Was hoping whites would step up and get this dongle thing
going so we could share programs right here quick and easy. Not a lot of changes to make but need some instruction to use it. It is a winner for relic hunters for sure.

I done this video quite a ways back, and from the response it got, I think it turned a lot of eyes toward the V3 for a great relic hunting machine. I think even Jason has said he didn't use his much for relics until he saw this video and asked about the settings I used. Most of you guys know that I'm known for the F-75 and most of my videos deal with it. But I'll flat out tell ya...the ONLY thing the F-75 has over the V3 is the battery life/cost. But I don't think there is a VLF machine out there that can beat the V3 for being so versatile.

Daniel what filter are you using in the red dirt? Been playing with all metal to get ready for DIV14 would like to get a good setup before I get there.

Daniel was the one that did get me on the road to the all metal program. It works great and will go deep on relics.
again it is not a good Id type program. But a good program to dig deep and tell iron from good conductive targets.

Since I use this to relic hunt I made changes to the relic program.
Run the RX gain 15 all metal sensitivity around 79 hotter if you can.
Recovery at 40 Daniels suggestion i like it will give double blips on nails so you can quickly move on.
Change search audio to all metal.
Run the transmit freq in what ever Freq is the quietest usually 7.5 0r 22.5.
Discrimination accept down to -50 all the way up to +95.
Here is the thing with this program deep targets the # id is useless also in bad ground the # id is useless.
Any thing that a green bar jumps up on as you pas over the target you dig the deeper the better chance it is a good deep relic.
The bar will not lock on it will jump all around but if it hits up in the green at all dig it. the lower - end of the Id will be large iron bigger than a nail
If you are relic hunting shell frags and gun parts that are iron will come up here.
I have went in to pounded sights and dug many relics like this some bullets at 14" or better.
Get it set up get your big shovel and go hunt those pounded relic hunting sights.
Good luck and if you come up with any more changes that help you let me know this is a work in progress.

Thanks Jason. I don't relic hunt much, but this is still a keeper for me.

Question, i know it is dangerous to assume, but is your base program the "relic" program that comes on the V3, and then you have made the changes you mention in you post?
Thanks!
