It was rain at first then started to snow with high winds.......but I was warm in my neopreens.....ExplorerXS and 8inch ml coil......I have had it with the bigger coils at the beach.......way too much falsing....the 8 runs very solid....26 sens.....no problem.....found a couple of shells and a dead crab it the wierd redish one......here in Maine one doesn't find any nice shells like in Guam.......I miss Guam...and its awsome shells......The spinner ring is a AC/DC ring (the Rock Band).....the earing looks to be 925 silver.....Bobbie stop dropping those pins........the black chunk sounded like iron but a hint of good sound.....after I dug it up it hit far right like silver....not sure yet what it is....gotta clean it.......when the flakes got so big it hurt when they hit the face I decided thats enough....winds were unbelievable.....I would have stayed if it were for no bathrooms at the beach.......they use to have portapotties there but I guess not this year....lions club use to provide them..........all in all it was just nice to get out!......:detecting:

It was tough but the ride home was even tougher.....2 wheel drive trucks suck.......I only had 240lbs. of sand bags in the back....I now have 420lbs in thye back...I hope it works better...:stars:

you need it to park around Salisbury in winter!! the beach accsess do not get plowed...during storms there's a parking ban...so you have to pull way off the road..or we park at METALDIG'S house. GOOD LUCK..STAY SAFE!!! I can't wait to get out this weekend!!

I always have fun when getting out of the work enviroment and into nature and detecting, Thanks Angela, glad to see you are still about...good luck in your summer hunts in 2008
