Hi all,
Last week I dropped my platinum wedding band the wet sand/surf in the beach outside the Ritz Carlton hotel in Naples Florida at a darn work retreat (only been married two months... ouch). After hours and hours of searching I had to give up. I am now back in Chicago... alas far away. The ring is all platinum and heavy and probably sunk in with the rocks and shells as the water rolled over it and we sifted through. I had no metal detector. I can pinpoint right where I dropped it and I would pay well. The ring has engraving on the inside "XOXO B.A.R."

I dropped it right where the water meets the sand (lost sight of it as the waves washed over the shells where I drpped it). STRAIGHT OUT FROM A V-SHAPED FLAG POLE ON A WHITE BUILDING BY THE NORTH SIDE OF THE RITZ (NORTH STAIRCASE OUT TO THE BEACH).

It was about 2:00pm when I dropped it if that helps with the tide location.

Any help at all that you or your contacts could provide would be appreciated. I'd definitely pay to get it back.
