That IS a very good intro, Brandon....Like Nolanation said, Catfish with a bit of River Monsters.....whoever put it together did an awesome job...great soundtrack, format, camera work and editing...Yep, leaves a fellow wanting to see more..
....be very careful regarding the network that wants to pick this up...sure i know, a guy just wants to get in somehow...but be very careful and leave yourself room to re-negotiate when it goes big, which I dont doubt it will if it gets on the right network..I'm sure you already know this, but I'm just sayin'....I've imbedded products on 13 different shows, several networks, including OCC and OverHaulin'...DISC is always looking for new material, but they are not the only ones... this has merit, lemme think a little...hopefully you guys are not stirring up fake drama and swearing too much and all...a little is OK, when appropriate, but it cant be over the top.. theres a few networks looking for some good clean fun without that in it, and that is tough to find....the main drawback will be how much you have in the can, and as we know, how hard it is to roll (detect) with a film crew and get good footage...almost like Kirsten Gumm's series a few years back...if a fellow can keep it fresh and interesting...thats the tough part...you should probably call her up, or several other hosts of similar shows, like that one on the Weather Channel,... Prospectors...Or better yet, get a hold of Chicago Ron and ask him some questions about his experience with "Lucky Muckers"...they will all be glad to give you the straight dope, and might just even kick a door down for you! Good Luck!
