well not everywhere but it seems like it went back to the housesite monday where i found the three silvers got a 26 buffalo and a 42 wheat some more toy cars and a old caliper, then i hit a few school yards this week got all the junk jewerly also went to a swimming hole just to find out somebody beat me to it did find the silver plated chain there. then yesterday i hit the fairgrounds did ok on clad but no goodies then today went to a park for a while only got a few coins and a pile of tabs. im running out of places here in my little town time to head out of town look for new hunting spots happy trails

Yeah...I've been thinking and plotting a major run too...like a few day circle...even looking at the satellite images of towns that may have potential..checking summer festival schedules. etc...it would be fun to make a serious expedition somewhere new..Good Luck

What do you mean, "what you missed out on?" My chartered flight departs in 45 minutes. Heck, picking up a couple hours, I'll get a good nights sleep and be ready to swing with you tomorrow. Sounds good on paper, anyway. Be careful, though. I've done some off the wall things since retiring. HH jim tn

Hey Jimmy, it was in the upper 50's and pouring rain here all day long. Just perfect detecting weather! Monte, I'm afraid if I make it that far out to your place, I'd haveta just keep going! I'm gonna do a pretty decent circle tomorrow I think I've got it all scoped out.

I'm ready to go. :detecting:

I spoke with a guy yesterday at a local park who said his son was hunting a site in a seedy area of town right before he left town for college that produced him a box full of really old silver coins. The site is a couple miles closer to river than the Woods. Chris and I both agree that you'd make a great decoy. Grab your gun, lets go!:)
