I can't get it to come up no matter what I do.The screen comes up, but no text

Not sure why you can't pull up the links. I just tried them again, and they both come up. You might try copying and pasting the link to a new IE window. And, since it is a PDF file, you will need a PDF viewer (like Adobe) to read it. HH Randy
