The truck is all packed, our collective trip/hunt checklists have been completed. I'll be getting off of work around 12:30 PM tomorrow and we should be on the road and heading east no later than 3:00 PM. First stop will be just about 100 miles into the Kansas boarder.
We'll be in Virginia by next Monday and at DIV VII by Wednesday. Time to do a little Civil War hunting and hut diggin' if I am lucky enough to come across one.
Pam and I are pumped for this trip and can't wait to start digging that dreadful orange dirt. Hopefully I won't get too many mumbles this trip.
I'll update you as best as I can as I know that everyone of you will be on the edge of your seats waiting for our trip report!
And, of course, I have pictures of Ed to share with everyone....bwahahahaha.
Problem is, he'll have pictures of me.
