It's official! I'm a believer!

Hunting an old spring and stage station, I found an old dime. I handed it to my hunting buddy to look at while I was filling my hole. Lo and behold, it turned out to be an 1857-O seated Liberty. I nearly wet myself!!! I hope to get pics on soon as it turned out really nice.

I think I may be falling in love - with my Etrac!!!

Thanks for all the advice and encouragement you guys have provided!

Outstanding find Phillip - congrats ! :clapping:

Great find. Were you in TTF or coin mode? How deep?

Sweet find!

Everyone thinks E-Trac users are gullible or liars. Until you use one, it's hard to understand how good they are!

I was in coin mode, but I think I'm going to try TTF next time I'm there. Also found a 1963 Roosevelt and part of a very old crucifix.

I agree. I would say, until you use one and actually KNOW the language. :) My ahah moment with my etrac came one month ago and the silver finds have tripled.

Nice seated! That's a real sweet find!

NO DOUBT THE ETRAC ROCKS yes guys it is a great metal detector you only have to look at the finds on here to know that many of you are hunting land that has been hunted before and the etrac just plucks the stuff from the depths hehehe thrilled with this great machine
