It's going to be a long summer

It's gotten so hot here in Texas I thought I would get me an AT Pro to get in the water to peruse my hobby. I found one, a used 4 month old one
on another forum. The nice gentleman had hurt his back and could no longer use it. So I sold a couple of things to get the money. I sent him a check,
but he had sold it to 3 people and I wasn't the one that got it or my money back. I guess I could say I did get it but not the machine. So it is going to be a long summer looking out of the window.

Bah.. Sorry to hear that. I've worked hard to get the machine that should be arriving tomorrow, and I'd be crazy upset if someone did that to me. Just might have to gut him with my Lesche tool.

Yes it is Treasure Quest as "banned" is by his name.

I read his add where he was getting out of it for finicial and health reasons, what a low life, I'm not even involved and just really irritates me that someone could do that to others?

To CONMAN! if you are lurking? I'm not a Christian by now means, but do believe we will all be judged by how we treated others, some how ,some way , by means of the good Lord, or just plain Karma?

I'd sure hate to be in your shoes, and how can you even sleep at night. Do what's right, and return the money to those you ripped off, if you want to redeem yourself or Karma will strike with authority when least expected.

Call the police in that town. See what they say? I had my ebay account hijacked 2 times! I mean they took over everything. They stopped my auctions early and offered my stuff at lower prices to the existing bidders. I was locked out! I personally talked to ebay both times. They said they knew who did it but it was up to me to get my local police involved! What a bunch of crap. They should have lawyers in house that are suing these people for the money they make.....

I can file a complaint with the Attorney General in MO. but they say I would have to appear in court in MO. I can't afford the trip to watch him get spanked on the hand.
I am hopping my local sheriff can extradite him to Texas which I don"t think will happen for $ 500.00

Again, sad to hear somebody did that to you, he'll get his due one day. Personally, I've quit doing any kind of buying or selling from the forums unless they have a Paypal account. I even had one guy stiff me for $7 shipping on a coil that I sent him for free. Said it had a hairline crack in it and he threw it in the trash. Was nothing wrong with the coil, he just wanted something for nothing and evidently really needed that $7. He acted like I had tried to rip him off. What?? Not that I needed the $7, just the principal of the thing!!

Jarrow, That is a federal Crime- Mail Fraud . If you got a Cashiers Check from your bank get the bank reciept , the account # or ID from his endorsement and file a Complaint with the US PS. Postal Inspectors.
