Currently, it's -29C/-20F with the temperature dropping to -41C/-41.8F facturing the wind tonite. Now my detectors might work under these conditions, but I sure won't. :stretcher:

We got it rough down here in CA to!!-----It's 72 degrees right now---almost too warm even for a tank top!

John was that Brass Monkey thing a Sea Story or a Fairy Tale? The difference is the first few words of the Tale.. A Fairy Tale starts out "Once Upon a Time" and a Sea Story starts out "You aint gonna believe this S*&^. Having spent 20 years in the USN I think it may qualify as a Sea Story. Not that I ever told one.

I will have to give my wife's nephew a hard time about freezing his appendages in Edmonton. I am suffering thru temps in the 40's F today.

Here in WV it's been getting colder than normal, it hasn't gotten above freezing (32) in the last week or so and the night time temperatures have been getting down in the teens. There forecasting even colder temps, down to 3 degrees in the next few days, I guess it's that golbal warming effect.

I just checked the weather and it says that it is warmer in Edmonton than it is in Charleston sc. 34 there and 25 here.

Here are a few that I found from the English civil war period.(Middle 1600`s.).

Happy Hunting,

Jerry.
