I havent been detecting in months. Had an arm injury that required surgery. Today was my first outing since last summer. Only hunted about an hour because my arm got fatigued, but made one good find. On an old logging road I found this military pin, button whatever.I have come to expect at least one good find with the Vaquero on each outing. Also posted it in the Todays find forum. Hope its OK to post it twice.I think its very old.

That is a cool find hatpin, might be a hatpin!Looks really early style to me.Glad you are back hatpin.Take it slow, and take care of that arm.I got a torn left shoulder myself,so i know how it can limit you.Great find!

Nice find. Good luck with your arm recovery. Been there and done that. I got pretty good using my left arm to swing the detector until my right arm healed.
