It would be nice if the AT Pro had..........

A high tone for the nickel signals. In the real trashy areas I hunt there are hundreds of pulltabs and some can slaw too. I would like to run the detector with no discrimination but when you do you get many signals in the tab area and some in the nickel area that all sound the same. It makes it hard to have to stop and analyze all the TID numbers to see if it falls into the nickel numbers. I know I can run it in coins mode but the sound is not as good that way. Maybe Garrett will listen if we suggest it. I dont know how hard it would be to do this but surely it cant be that big of a deal.

I noticed my nickel count went low when I purchased the ATPRO. The reason was as you said .. when I started paying more attention ... then my nickel count really jumped back up.
A high tone would be nice. :)

A Non-Glare cover. I get a dazziling reflection every now and then.

Back lighting would be great when I'm Nighthawking.

Chest mount system for water hunts.

Straight shaft?

A better way to attache the headphones and coils. My large meaty fingers have trouble screwing those things in.

i'm nitpicking, I know. it's a great machine and I really enjoy each time i'm out.:detecting:

Agree on everything, I'm also nitpicking
best regards

The VDI numbers on my AT Pro for nickels are close to the aluminum junk that I dig.
But, the sound is more dense. I usually know it's a nickel before I dig it.
Ironically both those signals are in the gold range. So, I have to dig everything, to be sure, anyway.....lol

A back light would certainly be an improvement on the ATs.

Yeah, Garrett had no problem making a very distinctive sound for the penny.
I would have to say this is why the penny totals are so high for a garrett users
