I use Netflix for DVD's and have been reading about an added service offering instant movies. I had to buy a box for my TV.

You need a high speed Web connection and either a router, which I have or a direct cable from your puter to your TV box.

It is a one time cost of 100 bucks. You need an account with Netflix, which I already had and you just go on line and pick a bunch of movies from a selection of 12,000 and when you turn on your TV and hit the button on the remote that comes with the Unit, yes another remote :D, it shows you all the movies you have selected. You just click on it and it plays. It takes about 30 secs to get the stream going and it plays. You can pause it, fast forward and fast reverse. It is cool.

I got it today and set it up in a flash and it just worked. I just watched a full movie and there was no pixelating or glitches at all. The quality is plenty good to watch, about the same as a VCR but you pay not a cent more for these movies. You still get your DVDs in the mail.

I just thought some of you might be interested!
