It was nickel day for me too..........

Sunday morning and the sun was out in full. I buggied on down to a big
park about nine miles from me and started working a baseball diamond.
It has been hit really had by just about everyone with a detector.

There wasn't alot left to get BUT I did notice that whoever had been there
had missed the nickels. I thought I was at LasVagas at a nickel slot machine.
They just kept ringing up one after another.:)-)

I used my 9.5 coil to cover more ground. I kept the sensitivity at 7 sometimes 8 just because
of the hot rock signals.

Glad to see someone is getting the nickels. They add up fast and sometime you get a surprise with some "bling". Good hunt Katz. HH, Nancy

The last two years I hunted a area around a swimming pool like yours all nickels . I took loads of nickels out of the area and across the road from the pool and very few other coins around the pool area. I could tell who ever hunted it was just digging the easy coins and not the nickels . Congrats on your finds very good job .
