It was hot out there this morning...and so was the GT ...found some gold amid some rocks.

Undecided whether to stay home and do chores....

Good thing I baked some chicken last night...gotta have that dinner ready for the boss:clapping:

Decided to bear the heat and do some detecting this morning for a couple of hours because tomorrow promises to be even hotter. :twodetecting:

Was finding only clads in the initial area that I was detecting, so I put "Plan B" into action and moved over to a rocky area...

That's where I found the large 14 K FG ring....size 12 /1/2 loud , solid medium tone about 5" deep in mud around the rocks.

Here's some pics

Thanks for looking

Note: The FG is the trademark of Frederick Goldman, Inc., not filled gold as some may think. A very nice find......
