It was a dark, grey day but there was a silver lining in it

I upgraded the software for the Equinox 800 and then headed out to a pounded lot. This place is a total iron nightmare but the E800 slices right through the ferrous junk. Even for an 11" coil, I am extremely impressed.

Settings: F1, reactivity 6, Iron Bias 3, 50 tones, (I love 50 tones!) sensitivity 20-22.

Those dimes are in very good shape compared to what they look like sometimes from wear.
You did good with that new machine!!

Great finds! 3 Barbers in one hunt is outstanding from my perspective! You got me wondering more about that Nox 800!

Sweet love those barbers dug three a few weeks ago beautiful 1906 dime mint luster on it a 1893 quarter and a 1902,

Excellent finds!

Congrats on the great finds and continued good luck with your Nox !

Thank you everyone for your kind comments.

Ed,

just for clarification, I found two Barber dimes: 1906 and 1897. The Nox 800 is a fun machine. With adjustable Iron bias, adjustable recovery speed along with multiple and single frequency choices, it covers all my needs. I truly enjoy my hunting time with the Equinox 800. I hope you can at least try one out and see if you like it.
