But I just had to try to get a shot of this Hummingbird moth. He was on our window when I woke in the morning and I watched him fly over to this poppy. These are quite large, maybe 4-5 inches across.

Your photo has encouraged me to get my camera and go outside to see if I can find a bug so that I can take a macro photo. It would be great if I can find a butterfly moth like this one that you took, but I have not seen any like yours. Thanks for sharing the photo. Please have a great day! Kelley (Texas) :)

this year. This has been the best year that I have seen for butterflies. I went to the bar and walked through a flock of at least 40 swallowtails. It was beautiful.
