Can any of you pirates tell me if metal detecting is permitted on the beaches of those islands. Have a cruise scheduled in November and sure would like to know if can bring the unit? Haven't been on here lately not even reading he posts as i travel quite a bit and hit a lot of scheduled hunts, but would appreciate any information. Gulfhunter am considering your hunt in Galveston on the way to Florida but don't know yet if will have things together by early entry date as don't want to leave here without cruise papers.
