I am trying to get permission to MD an old house next to a CW cemetery. The owner's son-in -law said he found this in the basement while pressure washing the stone walls. He heard something rattling in-between the stones where there is usually mortar. There isn't any mortar in the walls. He reached in-between the stones and pulled this out. Is it junk?
