I found this coin in a shoebox in the cupboard, I know it is a common type Roman coin around 35 dollars in vf, does anyone know if real ? I'm pretty sure may be real, because looks like someone cleaned it, you will notice the scratch lines, any guesses welcomed if real? thanks oj
 
Not sure if it's real, as the edges of the coin appear thin and something that old in and outo purses and bags and tills and hands would end up having a worn rounded edge rather than a sharp one as your coin appears to have.

Get it appraised by a reputable dealer or a museum.
