I found this neat little knife in a very old park. Its pretty heavy and appears to be brass. It was all crusty when I first dug it up. It has a stainless steel blade that says "Fury 210" on it.
I was just wondering what it could have been used for and its age.

I would say it is new. Fury Cutlery is from Japan. There are examples of their knives on the internet. Here is a similar item(not Fury).

I wasn't sure about the age of the knife because it was down quite a few inches and badly corroded.
