Found this while hunting in the woods today (Not the dime--there for size comparison!). would like to know if it is a bullet, if so how old approx., and what else it could be. It is lead, and one side is flat. Thanks,

Maybe a piece of buckshot or possibly a .32 cal round ball from someone's squirrel gun . Seeing that it is turning white , it has some age to it , how much..not sure.
Just my opinion.
 
Looks like a buck ball from a civil war round ball.
