Is there a standard for the various sweep speeds? I hear on person saying swing fast, another says go slow and then slower still. One says you have to whip it!
Could somone take the time to give me like a 1001, 1002, 1003 count for the different swinging speeds. I have an XLPro use the PRO 950 coil, the 600 Black Max and the shooter coil. Hopefully I can understand the proper technique and get by with a little help from by friends. Lewis
