I was wondering if there was a difference between the GTs target meter and the Elites meter? If so what are the differences and would an Elite meter work fine on a GT? Thanks looking foward to answers!

Is there adifference between the meters for the sovereigns?

The Elite meters were 550 meters while the GT is the 180 meter. I like the 180s myself and can tell the targets better, but some like the later XS2a and the Elite meters that are 550 numbers. The earlier 550 meter used on the XS2 didn't seem as stable as the later ones were.
The Elite meter should work OK on the GT.

I actually did a web search and found a nice explanation for the differerences, It does seem that that the 180 meter would make more sense, I have posted a wanted add for a good used one on the forum I hope I get a BITE! I just purchased a used GT off the forum and cant wait to get it, Its Fall in NH and thats the best time of year here for hunting, no bugs, not too hot, ground cover plants are gone and the trees are beautiful!
