Is there a good web site for button info(back markings)?

Umm... no offense intended ...but:
That button-backmark website says the "Horstmann Bros & Co. / Phila" backmark (NOTICE: it says "PhilA") dates from 1859 - 1863. That is incorrect ...and a very serious error, which will mislead a lot of button-diggers & collectors. The correct dating of that backmark is 1870 - 1892 ...according to the best button-backmark book, "American Military Button Makers And Dealers: Their Backmarks & Dates" by McGuinn & Bazelon. See the photos of Horstmann backmarks on pages 51 to 53.
