Is ther anyone else in the midwest bothered by the recent earthquakes:sadwalk:...........

The biggest being friday morning 5.2 at 4:35 AM, and 18 (aftershocks) some as high as 4.2, this morning at 12:40 AM, doesn't bother me when I'm awake, but really scares the crap out of me to be awakened by the cracking, slamming sound of siesmic energy unleashed, how many of you have felt some of these "tremors"..........fred

Those aftershocks lasted for a day and a half after the main earthquake. Every hour we had an aftershock.
That was a pain in the butt, running out of our trailer everytime they would hit. It drove our poor cat batty.
Eventually they subsided and life went on for us.

I remember us getting woken up when a 4.something quake hit in the middle of one night. Pam was freaked and I just woke up and told her to go back to bed. Little did I know that she was really torqued off about that comment. But I found out the next morning when we had to get up for work. That was fun........

call me crazy but i think the smaller aftershocks are fun just as long as you know everything is going to be alright. living in cali we get them evry so often. but the worst one was when i was in walla walla, washington. it knocked me off the bar stool at my aunts house. i guess that one was a rare one as well.

The kitchen lamp came down from the ceiling and smashed onto the table, it was as if it were yesterday, oh, we did have a quake yesterday........

there have a series of quakes in nevada and right across the border in cali. the last i heard it was 32 since late feb. 3-4 a day. the biggest registering in at 4.2 or something.
