Is the Whites M6 discontinued?

The M6 is no longer listed in the current 2016 catalog Frank. I see some vendors still have remaining stocks for sale.

The Coinmaster GT and Coinmaster Pro, likewise, are no longer listed in the 2016 catalog. Just the basic Coinmaster. They were replaced by the new Treasurepro and Treasuremaster models.

I managed to ask and was told it is still being made I'll bet it's cause they haven't fully completed website updates.

I hadn't noticed on the website. I just made a quick view of it. I was referring to their 2016 hardcopy version catalog they sent me. It's not listed there.

I'm curious if they are still producing them, or just continueing to sell already manufactured stock? Perhaps they are doing a makeover on it, and it will be relisted in next years catalog??

I have no clue my last catalog I got from them was probably over a year ago, I have a MXT pro and a dfx, gotta say the audio on the MXT is way too harsh and loud for my tastes. I prefer the audio on the dfx.

I really like the MXT platform. The only Whites machine I currently own is a GMT. Dave Johnson designed them at the same time. I don't know if the MXT was an offshoot of the GMT or vise versa? They both withstood the sands of time. Both are as popular now, as they were 16yrs ago in their respective domains. The DFX is still a well liked machine by many also.

A set of headphones with volume control should take care of the harsh sound for you.

Its not so much the loudness as the actual tone, is a bit painful on my ears, i have really sensitive hearing so it hurts almost to listen to the MXT tones, not really liking that, but otherwise its a good machine. My dfx gets a lot more use though.

I have to say that I prefer my AKA Sorex over all the whites machines i own though, but Whites is at least reliable and easy to get repaired.

I've been in contact with White's and YES they have discontinued the M6 :( I am devastated!!!! better stock up on the remaining new ones from dealers and whatnot!

I'm just sick that they are giving up on the M6! Most underrated machine ever!
