No problem.
If you do get an original Lobo, you won't be able to just screw a new Delta coil on it and go. There were a few different coils available for the Lobo though (and older Diablo - not microMAX), in both concentric and Widescan (DD). Pretty sure though that most all were eliptical shape, and I think they came in three sizes.
Since I was recently thinking of using my Tejon for small nugget hunting, I sent Tesoro an email asking if the old Lobo coil could have it's connector changed out to that of the Delta coils, for use on my Tejon (I have the little Lobo eliptical Widescan to try). They said they could for a small charge, but send the Tejon in too, and have the coil tuned to it...
Being able to use the old Lobo coil on Tejon is contrary to some other things I'd read about the early Lobo coils on the internet, but it make sense to me, as their frequencies are fairly close. Lobo was "around 20khz", Tejon about 17khz. Seemed to me that they should work, and I know that some folks do use a Tejon for gold hunting.
