Is The New GTI 2500 Better then the Old GTI 2500

I got a GTP 1350,, i bought 2 years ago,,, i just recently bought a absolute mint condition GTI 2500 for 600 canadian,,, . My understanding is that the new GTI 2500 has no treasure talk like the old one,,, what other functions does it have,,, that my old GTI 2500 doesn;t have...
Since its an older GTI 2500 is it still a good machine,,, i dont know much about the 2500,,,, I know the new ones come with the epoxy coated coils,,, while ones like mine came with the white plastic emaging coils,,,, anyways please feel free to write what you want,,, thanks

i hear the newer one has backlight on it.depending on how old it is you might want to upgrade to the new chip for mineralizaton

Nine has a backlight on it,,, theres no backlite on the buttons but the screen has a backlite

They are both the same except for the Treasure Talk. The new ones also have the "mineral chip" installed. You can get it installed for about $40 if you feel you need it. The white coil is much lighter than the new coil and I use it often in place of the epoxy coil. to eliminate the extra weight.
