As far as I can tell only the PC is supported. Of course, if you have a relatively new Mac, you can run Parallels (or similar software) on your system to be able to run Windows and install XChange 2. I will probably install it on my MacBook Air tonight and report here.
 
Xchange 2 does not work on the Mac platform but I was told that you can drag and drop updates onto your CTX on your desktop on Mac. I have not tried it but have been told that it works. Basically, when you plug your CTX in to your computer, it will show up as an external drive. I was told that Mac users just need to drag and drop their updates into the drive that shows up and thats that. You could alternatively run Parallels as Erik mentioned. Hope this helped. -Marc
