is the cibola really that good? Details please

For the money and for what it can do it is a good detector. I gave my Cibola to a friend to use who has never used a detector before and he is finding the same sort of things that I'm finding on the same fields.(i use the Lobo Super Traq) One of the hardest things to do is to say if one detector is better than another one as they all do different things or some will be better at one thing than another one will be, many detectorists have more than one detector but have a favorite detector that they use most of the time.
My mate found this with his Cibola it is a Celtic Boar and is dated at 20 BC

He has also found this Gold coin that has a die crack in it that dates back to 40 BC

If i was you i would try to get to a shop to try a few different detectors out and see just what they can do as it all boils down to what your happy with at the end of the day.
