Is the Amigo II any good?

Hi all, I am just curious what your thoughts are about the amigo II. I had a $90 credit at paypal and was on ebay earlier and when I checked new listings an amigo II popped up for buy it now $75 +15 shipping. I went ahead and bought it since it was a perfect amount for my credit and I also figured I could let my kids play around with it. I dont know if its ok to post a link to it but here are the pics that were included....

It's a nice little machine it's a Compadre of a different design.

thanks jr... I figured it was but bought it on a quick whim. I have since done some google searching and it looks like it is a well liked machine.

Very Good little detector Believe it or not I use to use one for competion Hunting and did very well with it heck it found me two tokens and one of them won me a Tesoro Silver

It will give your CTX 3030 and AT pro a good companion detector........for instance, when the iron nails are too thick for those machines to handle. It is the quickest reacting detector I've ever handled in the thick nails around old relic type sites. The quick response and fast recovery in the ferrous trash of this little detector is just amazing. I have previously owned 2 Compadres (5.75 & 7") before I bought the Amigo ll and just prefer the Amigo ll. The speed handle set-up (straight rod) is really ergonomic for me and I can swing the Amigo all day long, can't say enough about this detector. Just use enough discrimination to just barely knock out a 3

You guys are getting me excited! Thanks for the comments, can't wait to get it!
